Eltham Phoenix Rotary Club is one of the youngest clubs in District 1120, having been officially chartered on 1st May 2002. It is a forum for men and women of all ages with a sense of community, who feel that there is more to life than work.
I feel honoured and proud to serve as this year's President and look forward to an exciting and challenging year. During the coming year we shall be supporting the Alzheimer's Society (Bexley Branch) and the Central Eltham Youth Project. We shall also be maintaining our links with Demelza Child, Greenwich & Bexley Hospice and Greenwich Women's Aid, and of course 'Eltham Lights Up'.
Carol is a founder member of Eltham Phoenix since the charter in 2002 and has been chairman of the International committee. Carol is a Biomedical Scientist and her hobbies include reading and gardening.
